Vibrant and progressive design agency is seeking to expand its digital design team with the hire of a promising junior or mid-weight web designer.

Ideal profile: XHTML, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, content management, web analytics, seo. Candidates must have worked on several eCommerce web design projects in the past and be very comfortable with the following:
* Working knowledge of XHTML / W3C web standards
* Ability to design with pure CSS
* Expert-level use of Dreamweaver
* Advanced use of Adobe Photoshop
*A basic understanding of Google guidelines surrounding search engine friendly design
* Understanding of Content Management Systems
* Expert knowledge of email marketing guidelines
*An understanding and ability to amend and code using any of the following web languages: PHP; ASP; MySQL;
* Excellent communication skills
